Before LaurelRoot, we spent years leading nonprofit legal programs through growth, change, and complicated moments when there wasn't an obvious answer.

We've built new programs when the need couldn't wait. Restructured teams when growth made old structures stop working. Developed systems across organizations that had different resources and priorities. Built statewide initiatives. Secured funding and turned it into functioning services.

The work has looked different from place to place. But it has always required the same thing: figuring out how to make an ambitious idea actually work.
